Privacy Policy Personal data (usually referred to just as "data" below) will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents, and the services offered there. Per Art. 4 No. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR"), "processing" refers to any operation or set of operations such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment, or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction performed on personal data, whether by automated means or not. The following privacy policy is intended to inform you in particular about the type, scope, purpose, duration, and legal basis for the processing of such data either under our own control or in conjunction with others. We also inform you below about the third-party components we use to optimize our website and improve the user experience which may result in said third parties also processing data they collect and control. Our privacy policy is structured as follows: I. Information about us as controllers of your data II. The rights of users and data subjects III. Information about the data processing I. Information about us as controllers of your data The party responsible for this website (the "controller") for purposes of data protection law is: Noah Anleitner E-Mail: contact[at]nonetwor.cc II. The rights of users and data subjects With regard to the data processing to be described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, information about the data being processed, further information about the nature of the data processing, and copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 GDPR); to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 GDPR); to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, if further processing is necessary as stipulated in Art. 17 Para. 3 GDPR, to restrict said processing per Art. 18 GDPR; to receive copies of the data concerning them and/or provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other providers/controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR); to file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed by the controller in breach of data protection provisions (see also Art. 77 GDPR). In addition, the controller is obliged to inform all recipients to whom it discloses data of any such corrections, deletions, or restrictions placed on processing the same per Art. 16, 17 Para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Nevertheless, users have a right to information about these recipients. Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible. III. Information about the data processing Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of the same is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below. This means that for the purpose of successfully completing a HTTP request, the IP address is necessary to send a response to your request and immediately deleted as soon as the connection used for the request is closed or lost. 1. Instagram content This website shows selected posts from the Instagram account @b9_allroad_kru, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. These posts are NOT loaded when you open the page. In their place you are shown a button. Only when you press one of these buttons is the post requested from instagram.com. Nothing is transmitted to Meta before that point. Once you press such a button, your browser connects to Meta's servers. Meta thereby receives your IP address, information about your browser and operating system, the address of the page you are on, and the time of the request, and may store and read cookies on your device. If you are logged in to Instagram at that moment, Meta can associate the visit with your account. This may involve the transfer of data to servers outside the European Union. The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR, which you give by pressing the button. You may withhold it simply by not pressing it, and no part of this website depends on doing so. Consent already given applies only to the current page view: reloading the page returns every post to its unloaded state. Cookies already set by Meta can be removed through your browser settings. We have no influence over the extent of the data collected by Meta, nor over how it is processed thereafter. For information on that, please refer to the privacy policy of Instagram at https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy. 2. Files loaded from third parties The following files are requested from external servers when a page of this website is opened. To deliver them, the operator of the respective server necessarily receives your IP address and technical information about your browser. No cookies are set by these files and they are not used to analyse your behaviour: - cdn.jsdelivr.net, for the script and stylesheet of the mouse pointer used on this site - brands.home-assistant.io, for the logo shown next to one of the listed projects - drw.de, for the emblem of Dominikus-Ringeisen-Werk shown in the work section The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering this website reliably, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The typeface used on this website is delivered from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or any comparable provider is established. 3. Storage on your device This website stores a single entry named "smartCursorV2" in the local storage of your browser. It records nothing but whether the custom mouse pointer is switched on. It contains no personal data, is not transmitted anywhere, and is not used to recognise you. You can delete it at any time through your browser settings.
